Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty products.

Vivid Florida does not refund or exchange due to a simple change of mind. Our customised arrangements are all created to the highest standards.

Should you find your bouquet damaged or defective, please email us at [email protected] with pictures attached and we will assist you. All approved refunds for damaged or defective arrangements will be issued by the original method of payment.

Please be mindful that each rosebud will slightly vary in size and shape. Rose colours may appear different in images due to differences in lighting conditions.

Any cancellations must be made within 2 hours of the order being placed as all of our products are made to order. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted for customised floral arrangements, or orders already prepared, dispatched or in transit.

Order cancellations will incur a $50.00 AUD administrative fee. Please email [email protected] with your order number to request a cancellation.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
